GUIDELINES FOR 2008 EHIBITION PAINTINGS

If you are starting to paint for the 2008 show, please use only paper (Yupo included) or illustration board for your painting surface.  At the general meeting on September 30th 2007 membership voted to return to our old by law, Article 1, E.

DEFINITION: Watercolor painting is defined as painting in water-soluble media on paper; either sheet or paper mounted boards, and framed under suitable glazing material.

All members will receive with their prospectus, a ballot to be polled on this important matter along with other important by-law changes.  We want to hear from you and hope you will return poll within the time frame allotted because on September 21, 2008 membership will be informed of poll. I am sure you will want to be at the  General meeting to hear it first.
